Whipped Honey Lemon Ricotta

Ingredients
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup ricotta
- Zest of 1 lemon
- ¼ cup Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
- ¾ cup sliced strawberries
- ¾ cup raspberries
- 2 Tbsp chopped pistachios
- 4 mint sprigs
- 4 Nate’s Honey Minis (about ¼ cup of Nate’s 100% Pure Honey)
Directions
In a large bowl or stand mixer, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in the ricotta, lemon zest and ¼ cup honey until combined.
Spoon into serving glasses. Top with sliced strawberries and raspberries. Garnish with pistachios and mint sprigs.
Serve with honey packets for drizzling.
