Turmeric Ginger Smoothie
So creamy, you won’t believe it’s dairy-free. Superfood spice, turmeric, pairs beautifully with frozen mango, spicy ginger and sweet golden honey to create a sweet and splendid tropical smoothie. Add vanilla protein powder for a perfect breakfast add-in.

Ingredients
- 12 oz bag frozen mango
- ½ cup pineapple (fresh or frozen)
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, grated
- ¼ cup Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
- 15 oz coconut milk (lite or full-fat)
- 2 tsp turmeric
- 1-2 cups water or pineapple juice
Directions
In a blender, combine all ingredients, adding water or juice until the smoothie is your preferred consistency. Enjoy!
