Spiced Honey Latte
Honey and spice and everything nice: That’s what this latte is made of! Even the coldest winter day is no match for this delightful drink that combines the warm flavors of cinnamon, ginger and pure honey. Add an extra drizzle of Nate’s for added sweetness. Enjoy!

Ingredients
Spiced Honey Syrup
- 4 oz water
- 3-inch piece of fresh ginger, roughly chopped
- ⅛ tsp ground cloves
- ⅛ tsp ground allspice
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 oz Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Latte
- 2 oz espresso
- 6 oz milk of choice, steamed or frothed
- Optional: honey-sweetened whipped cream and additional cinnamon for garnish
Directions
Spiced Honey Syrup
Bring water, ginger, cloves, allspice and cinnamon to boil in a small sauce pan. Remove from heat, and stir in honey and vanilla extract. Let steep for at least 15 minutes. Strain and store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Latte
Add espresso and 1 or 2 tablespoons of the spiced honey syrup to a mug. Pour in steamed milk. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and/or honey-sweetened whipped cream.
