Honey Snickerdoodles

Ingredients
- ½ cup butter, softened
- ½ cup Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
- 1 egg
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp cinnamon
Directions
Combine butter, honey and egg. When well mixed, stir in flour and salt. Mix thoroughly. Chill for about 1 hour. Preheat oven to 375°F. Roll dough into walnut-sized balls. Dip into cinnamon. Place on cookie sheet with cinnamon side up. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
* Note: Honey makes these cookies softer than those made with sugar. Making them smaller helps them hold together.
