Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients
  • Broccoli (2 large heads) 
  • 1 Tbsp Nate’s Hot Honey 
  • 2½ Tbsp extra virgin olive oil 
  • 1 tsp garlic powder 
  • 1 tsp onion powder 
  • 1 tsp salt  
  • 1 tsp pepper 
  • Panko breadcrumbs (to sprinkle on top) 
  • Red pepper flakes (to sprinkle on top) 
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice 
  • Zest of half a lemon

Directions

Preheat oven to 425°F.  Cut broccoli into florets and pile onto baking tray. 

Drizzle the broccoli with extra virgin olive oil and Nate’s hot honey, season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Top with panko breadcrumbs and red pepper flakes. Toss lightly with tongs.  

Roast 20 to 25 minutes until the tips of the florets are slightly browned and crispy.  

Remove from the oven and drizzle with the lemon juice and zest.
