Quick Raw Veggie Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 3 cups cauliflower rice (about ½ bunch)
- 2 cups broccoli slaw mix
Sauce
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 2 Tbsp raw sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 Tbsp Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
- 1 Tbsp Sriracha sauce*
- 8 whole pitted dates
Directions
Puree all sauce ingredients until very smooth.
Toss into rice and veggie mixture until veggies are all well coated.
Serves 2-3.
*For an entirely raw recipe, substitute Sriracha with ¼ seeded red bell pepper and a slice of jalapeno.
