Pork Ribs with Honey Rub

Ingredients
- ¼ cup Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
- 1 tsp liquid smoke
- 3-4 lb country style pork ribs
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 275°F. Combine honey and liquid smoke and stir until well combined. Coat ribs with honey mixture. Stir together remaining ingredients and rub evenly over ribs. Place in a roasting pan and cover. Roast for 3-4 hours, until very tender.
