With kids and families gearing up for new routines and lunches on-the-go, Nate’s has donated 35,000 honey minis to seven non-profit organizations across the country. The donation – part of Nate’s corporate giving initiative, Honey Gives Hope – will help families and communities during the busy back-to-school season.

This month, Nate’s has donated honey minis to:

  • Greater Boston Food Bank
  • Philabundance
  • The Open Door
  • Minnie’s Food Pantry
  • Breakthrough T1D Greater New England Chapter
  • Breakthrough TID North Texas and Oklahoma Chapter
  • Breakthrough T1D Michigan & Northern Ohio Chapter

Earlier this year during summer break, Nate’s donated 25,000 honey minis to food banks across the country to assist families who were without the assistance of school lunch programs. In 2023, Nate’s made financial and honey donations to more than 25 non-profit organizations across the U.S., including National Breast Cancer Foundation, Kids’ Meals, Inc., and others.

Nate’s also supports Breakthrough T1D chapters (formerly called The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) with financial and honey donations year-round that drive awareness, enable advocacy and fund support for the 1.6 million Americans living with Type 1 diabetes. Nate’s previously provided honey minis at the One Walk Low Blood Sugar Stations to support the wellness goals of attendees and the community. The Honey Gives Hope program is Nate’s commitment to serve beyond the bottle. The program provides financial and honey donations to nourish communities in need, assist organizations that support women and children, and protect the health of bees and hives through university research grants.
