Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp pumpkin purée
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1/8 tsp vanilla
- 2 Tbsp instant coffee
- 3 Tbsp Nate’s Manuka Honey
- 2 Tbsp warm water
- Cinnamon for sprinkling

Directions
Combine milk, pumpkin purée, pumpkin spice, vanilla and 2 tablespoons of manuka honey. Add to mug. Add to a dish instant coffee, 1 tablespoon of honey and warm water. Using a frother, mix until thick and creamy. Pour over pumpkin milk mixture, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
You can make this hot or cold coffee, and reduce the coffee strength by using only 1 tablespoon of instant coffee and 1 tablespoon of warm water.
