Honey Simple Syrup for Coffee & Cocktails

Ingredients
Honey Simple Syrup
- 1 cup Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
- 1 cup warm water
Cinnamon Honey Latte
- ¾ cup whole milk or dairy-free milk (oat milk works best)
- 2 Tbsp Honey Simple Syrup (or more to taste)
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 2 shots espresso or ½ cup strongly brewed French Press coffee
Honey Pear Martini
- 2 oz pear-flavored vodka
- 1 oz orange liqueur
- 2 oz Honey Simple Syrup
- Ice
- Fresh pear slices for garnish
Directions
Honey Simple Syrup
Combine the ingredients and stir until honey dissolves.
Cinnamon Honey Latte
Place the milk, Honey Simple Syrup and cinnamon in a milk frother, and froth until hot and doubled in size. Pour the coffee into a mug, and top with the milk. Then dust with more cinnamon to taste.
Honey Pear Martini
In a shaker, add the ice and pour the vodka, orange liqueur and Honey Simple Syrup over it. Shake vigorously for 1 minute, then strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a pear slice.
