Honey Sangria
A light and refreshing cocktail sweetened with Nate's Honey? Yes please! This recipe for honey sangria from our friend Gaby Dalkin of What's Gaby Cooking looks gorgeous and works with your favorite seasonal fruit.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup brandy
- ½ cup Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
- 1-2 small oranges, lemons and/or limes, thinly sliced and seeded
- 1 cup strawberries, quartered
- 1 cup mango, cubed
- 750 milliliters bottle of dry white wine, chilled
- 1 cup sparkling water, chilled
- Fresh mint
- Ice (optional)
Directions
In a very large pitcher combine brandy and honey. Stir with a long-handled spoon until honey is dissolved. Add in the fruit and white wine and chill for 2 hours.
Once chilled, add sparkling water, garnish with fresh mint and serve.
