Ingredients
- 2 cups cubed fresh watermelon
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- ⅓ cup red onion, well chopped
- ⅓ cup feta cheese
- 1 Tbsp basil, slivered
- ½ cup red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Directions
On a small platter, evenly layer the melon, berries, onion, cheese and basil.
In a jar with a fitted lid, combine vinegar, honey, oil, salt and pepper Shake dressing jar to combine, and pour over all.
Serve immediately.
