Honey Garlic Salmon

Ingredients
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • ⅓ cup Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place salmon on a foil-lined or parchment-lined baking sheet.

In a mini food processor, pulse together coconut oil, garlic, honey and salt until pureed. Spoon mixture over the top of each salmon filet.

Place salmon on the second rack in the oven. Turn oven to broil. Close oven and cook until the edges of the salmon are slightly golden and the fish flakes easily with a fork, about 8-12 minutes.

Garnish with fresh chopped parsley. Serve and enjoy!
