Honey French Toast

French toast is a breakfast staple when you have a few extra minutes in the morning. Adding honey to the mix and on top will make those morning bites that much better.

Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • ⅓ cup half and half or milk
  • 2 Tbsp Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 6 slices of bread, like brioche or sourdough
  • Butter or oil for griddle or pan

Directions

Preheat griddle to 325°F or just under medium heat if using a pan.

Mix together eggs, milk, honey and cinnamon in a shallow dish like a pie pan. Once combined, dredge each slice of bread one by one, front and back, in mixture.

Heat butter or oil on the griddle, then add bread and cook until golden brown on each side. Top with honey and serve!
