Oats Layer

  • ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Directions

Oats Layer

In a medium bowl, stir together all ingredients for the oats layer. Spoon half of mixture into a 1-pint mason jar.

Cinnamon Layer

In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients for the cinnamon layer. Drizzle the cinnamon layer in the mason jar, on top of the oats. Top with remaining oats mixture.

Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve cold, or warm in microwave for 30-60 seconds.

Icing

Swirl together the ingredients for the icing, do not overmix. Spoon on top of oats. Garnish with fresh berries, if desired.
