Grilled Asparagus Rafts
Try a new take on grilled veggies! Drizzled with soy sauce and honey, these easily crafted asparagus rafts are sure to impress with their sweet and smoky flavor.

Ingredients
- 32 stalks asparagus
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
- Eight 4-inch wooden skewers
Directions
Heat grill to medium-high. Clean asparagus and slice the bottom 1 inch from each stem. Thread 8 asparagus stalks in a row on skewers. Use 2 skewers per raft, 1 at the top and 1 at the bottom.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil and honey. Baste asparagus with mixture and place on grill. Continue to baste every 1-2 minutes. Cook on both sides until tender.
Garnish with sesame seeds and drizzle with any extra sauce.
