Frozen Honey Paloma Cocktail
If you love a margarita, then you’ll love this tart twist on the classic frozen cocktail. Made simply from fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice and ever-so-slightly sweetened with golden honey, the Paloma is the perfect puckery refreshment for spring and summer fun. Cheers!

Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh squeezed grapefruit juice (about 1 large grapefruit)
- 3 oz blanco tequila (recommend Don Julio or Casa Migos)
- 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
- ½ cup ice
- Grapefruit soda
Directions
Put the grapefruit juice in an ice cube tray, and freeze for about 5 hours. Place grapefruit ice cubes in a blender with the tequila, lime juice, honey and ice, and blend on high until frothy and smooth.
Pour into a salt-rimmed old fashioned glass and top with grapefruit soda. Garnish with slice of lime or grapefruit wedge.
