French Toast Rollups

Cinnamon Honey Butter Filling
- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
- 2 Tbsp Nate’s Organic 100% Pure Honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
French Toast Rollups
- 6 slices bread
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp milk or cream
- 1 Tbsp Nate’s Organic 100% Pure Honey
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Directions
Cinnamon Honey Butter Filling
In a small bowl, whip together the softened butter, honey, cinnamon and salt.
French Toast Rollups
Using a rolling pin, roll out the slices of bread so that they are thin and flattened. Spread a small amount of Cinnamon Honey Butter Filling on each slice of bread, then roll them up tightly.
In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, honey, vanilla extract and cinnamon.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, and coat with cooking spray or a small amount of oil.
Dip each French Toast Rollup into the egg mixture, coating thoroughly. Add them to the pan, making sure to leave a bit of space in between each one.
Let them cook for about 1-2 minutes per side, rotating to brown all sides. Once browned all around, remove from the pan.
Dip in or drizzle with honey and enjoy.
