Ingredients
  • Fresh Atlantic salmon, skinless filets
  • 3 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Nate’s Hot Honey
  • Bang Bang Sauce, for topping (optional)
  • Chives, for garnish (optional)
  • Red chili peppers, for garnish (optional)

Directions

Set the oven to Broil.

Clean and pat the salmon fillets dry, then cut them into approximately 1-inch chunks. Season the salmon pieces with Cajun seasoning, salt and pepper. Add Nate’s hot honey and toss until the salmon is evenly coated.

Line a baking pan with aluminum foil and coat with non-stick spray. Arrange the salmon bites evenly on the pan without them touching.

Broil the salmon uncovered for 5-10 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning. Cook until the salmon reaches your desired level of doneness.

Drizzle Bang Bang Sauce over the cooked salmon bites and garnish with chives and red chili peppers, if desired. Serve over rice or salad, or enjoy them on their own.
