DIY Oatmeal Mini Jars
Don’t we all go to sleep wishing breakfast would be ready for us when we wake up? These oats with pure honey are as close as it gets to a ready-to-eat breakfast you can actually look forward to. Toss any of these unique flavor combos together the night before, and zap for one minute (that’s it!) for instant morning delight.

Ingredients
- ⅓ cup instant oatmeal
- ⅔ cup water, plus a splash
- 2 heaping tsp of Nate’s 100% Pure Honey, plus more to taste
Directions
In a mason jar, add the instant oats and ingredients from your desired combo below. When you are ready to make your oatmeal, remove the metal lid, add the water and honey, and stir to combine. Microwave for 1 minute. Then allow the oatmeal to rest for 1 minute, so it will thicken slightly. Stir and enjoy!
Combinations:
Peaches & Cream
- 1 tablespoon nonfat dried milk powder
- 2 heaping tablespoons chopped, dried, unsweetened peaches
Dairy-Free Peaches & Cream
- 1 tablespoon coconut milk powder
- 2 heaping tablespoons chopped, dried, unsweetened peaches
Apple & Cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 heaping tablespoons chopped, dried, unsweetened apples
Cinnamon & Pear
- ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 heaping tablespoons chopped, dried pears
Cranberry & Almond
- 2 heaping tablespoons dried, unsweetened cranberries
- 1 heaping tablespoon raw, sliced almonds
Multi Grain Instant Oats
- 1 teaspoon flaxseed meal
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
