Total Time: 40 Minutes
Ingredients
- Four 1 oz squares unsweetened chocolate
- ¾ cup butter
- ¾ cup Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ⅔ cup oat flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup raw cacao nibs
- ½ cup chopped walnuts, or chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease an 8 × 8-inch baking dish.
Melt chocolate and butter together over low heat in a medium saucepan. Stir often. Remove from heat. Beat in honey and eggs. When well combined, add flour, salt and cacao nibs. Add walnuts or chocolate chips if desired.
Spoon into baking dish and bake for 25-27 minutes. When slightly cool, gently press the top of the brownies with the heel of your hands, until slightly compressed. This will make the brownies dense and easier to cut. Cool and cut into squares.
Note: These are gluten-free and full of fiber. The cacao nibs add a great crunch!
