Apple Brie Crostini Bites

Ingredients
- 1 baguette, cut into slices
- 1 wheel of brie cheese, cut into slices
- 2 apples, any variety
- Nate’s Hot Honey, for drizzling
- 1 package of fresh thyme, for garnish
Directions
Place baguette slices on a baking sheet, and top each slice with a piece of brie.
Set the oven to 400°F, and bake for 6-8 minutes until the cheese melts.
Cut the apples into thin slices, and place 2-3 slices on top of each piece. Drizzle each piece with Nate’s hot honey and top with a sprig of thyme.
