No-Bake Strawberry Tartlets

A no-bake treat that looks as incredible as it tastes. Yes please! These mini tartlets are adorable and have just the right amount of sweetness with our 100% pure honey. They are so easy to grab that they will absolutely disappear in a hurry.

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese
⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt
⅓ cup Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
1 tsp lemon zest
30 pre-baked mini phyllo tart shells
1 pint fresh strawberries, rinsed, stems removed and chopped

Directions

Combine cream cheese, yogurt, honey and lemon zest in food processor or blender until well mixed.

With a spatula, spoon into pastry bag (or other sturdy plastic bag with a small hole cut in the tip). Squeeze filling evenly into tart shells. Top with fresh berries and drizzle with additional honey.
