Mini Melon & Yogurt Breakfast Bowls
Bright and fresh watermelon, creamy honeyed yogurt and fresh fruits make a splendid morning wake-up. Add a boost of protein by stirring vanilla protein powder into the yogurt, if desired.

Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2-4 Tbsp Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
- 1 mini watermelon, hollowed out
- 1 cup berries, kiwi, pitaya or other fruits
- ¼ cup chia seeds, nuts or cacao nibs
Directions
Swirl yogurt and honey together. Spoon into watermelon halves. Top with fruit and chia seeds, nuts and/or cacao nibs. Drizzle with more honey. It’s just that easy!
