Honey Spice Cashews

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- ½ cup Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
- 4 cups raw cashews
- 2 tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- ¼ tsp ground cardamom
- 3 Tbsp coconut or raw sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet in foil.
Stir together butter and honey. Toss cashews in honey mixture. Place coated cashews on the foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Combine all remaining ingredients. Remove cashews from oven and coat in spice mixture. Allow to cool. Makes 4 cups.
