Ingredients
  • One 10-15 lb spiral cut ham

Glaze:

  • ⅓ cup Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
  • ⅓ cup prepared horseradish
  • ⅓ cup orange juice
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp orange zest

Directions

Preheat oven to 325°F. Combine all glaze ingredients and set aside.

Place the ham in a roasting pan. Spoon about ⅓ of the glaze mixture over the ham. Place in oven and heat through for 8-10 minutes per pound. Spoon glaze mixture over ham several times throughout cooking process until glaze is gone.

Place ham on a platter, and let sit for about 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs and orange slices.
