Honey Almond Croissants
Flaky and sweet, these Honey Almond Croissants are too scrumptious not to try for yourself. Did we mention they are also super easy to make?

Ingredients
- 8 Tbsp unsalted butter (room temp)
- 1 egg
- 6 Tbsp Nate’s 100% Pure Honey, plus more for glazing croissants
- ½ cup almond flour
- 4-6 Croissants
- ¾ cup sliced almonds
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. To make the cream, combine butter, egg and honey in a bowl. Mix in the almond flour.
Cut the croissants horizontally. Brush each croissant with additional Nate’s honey inside and out. Add 2 tablespoons of cream inside each croissant. Add 1 tablespoon of cream to the top of each croissant.
Top each croissant with 2 tablespoons of sliced almonds. Place croissants on lined baking sheet, and bake for 21-23 minutes until the almonds are toasted and the cream becomes golden.
