Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

If hummus is where the heart is, this recipe is worth making it at home. Blend garbanzo beans with roasted red peppers, tahini and spices, then add the true star of the show, Nate’s Hot Honey, for a sweet, spicy kick. Pair with pita bread, fresh cut veggies or grilled chicken. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 15.5 oz can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed 
  • 12 oz jar roasted red peppers, drained (about 1 cup packed) 
  • 3 Tbsp tahini 
  • ½ lemon, juiced 
  • 2 Tbsp Nate’s Hot Honey 
  • 3 garlic cloves 
  • ½ tsp paprika 
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper 
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Add all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor. Puree until completely smooth and combined. 

Adjust the salt and cayenne to suit your tastes, then serve with chips and sliced vegetables, or on sandwiches or wraps.
