Caramelized Banana Toast
We admit it - we’re head over peels in love with this Caramelized Banana Toast topped with 100% pure honey. The best part is that each crunchy, crispy, sweet slice is so easy to make that it can be enjoyed morning, noon and night. Now, that’s worthy of a chef’s kiss!

Ingredients
- 2 tsp melted coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp Nate’s Organic 100% Pure Honey
- 2 bananas
- 2 slices of bread
- 4 Tbsp peanut butter
Directions
Preheat griddle to 350°F. Mix coconut oil and honey together in a small bowl and then pour all over hot griddle.
Slice bananas about ⅛ – ½ inch thick, and add sliced bananas to griddle. Let cook until golden brown, then flip and repeat (about 2 minutes per side). Remove bananas from griddle and set on parchment paper.
Toast bread and add peanut butter* to each slice. Layer on caramelized bananas. Enjoy with an extra drizzle of honey or a pinch of cinnamon!
*Feel free to substitute any nut butter for the peanut butter.
