Avocados are packed with vitamins, and they’re also a great source of fiber and good fat. Whether you’re eating them raw or mixing into dishes, this green fruit (Did you know it’s a fruit?!) is a delicious addition to any snack or meal. Here are some of our ideas.

Avocado and toast – a winning combination!

Avocado Toast

Spread it over a delicious piece of toast. Slice up your avocado, smash it on your toast, or place it halved with an egg inside like so. Topping your toast with a fried or poached egg is a delicious addition to your avocado toast. Or, if you prefer just the raw avocado, try sprinkling it with a little sea salt and pepper for breakfast, lunch or a snack in between.

Dip

Guacamole has made avocados famous. Dipping your tortilla chip into a bowl of guac is one of the best ways to enjoy this green goodness. Did you know avocados make other dips delicious too? Try avocado hummus or avocado salsa dip to switch up your dip game.

Stuffed

Cut an avocado in half, remove the pit and what do you have? A perfect, natural bowl ready to be filled. Try filling an avocado with all sorts of things: BLT ingredients, a Tex-Mex inspired blend of beans, cheese and pico de gallo, or some fruity freshness like this strawberry and almond recipe.

Dressing

Try drizzling some avocado oil over your salad or blend an avocado up for a creamy vinaigrette dressing. You can add more enzymes, vitamins and fiber to your bed of greens!
